My husband and I recently decided to move to England for a couple years. We were ready for a new adventure and my husband got accepted to a graduate school program there. We had been in our house for ten years and we decided to sell it. Being a landlord from that far away was not appealing. In addition, we think we might move elsewhere when we come back to the states.
