As is the norm in the industry, it appears that submission to 10 blog directories or even less is sufficient. For although search engines are attracted to sites that have plenty of links, they are more likely to place a higher value on links that are featured on on topic posts and articles, as opposed to those that come from blog directories. The question that this all brings up is how do I find blog directories to submit my blog to? I found that a search for "blog directory" got me several leads in this regard. In fact, many of the better blog directories came in at the top of the search results pages. I have often run into blog directories that require me to post backlinks or impose certain other requirements.
